Free Shipping

Free USPS Ground shipping is available on U.S. domestic orders of $65 or more.

Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping only.


Processing Time

All orders require 5-14 business days to process (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Custom name or personalized items may take slightly longer.

During high-volume drops or seasonal launches, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as a small batch 3D studio.


Transit & Carriers

Domestic (U.S.) Orders

  • Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage by default

  • UPS options may be available at checkout

International Orders

  • Shipped via DHL eCommerce or DHL Express

  • Transit time varies by location and customs processing

A tracking number will be emailed once your shipping label is created.

Please note: Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to show movement.


Incorrect Addresses

Orders are shipped to the exact address entered at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

  • We will invoice for postage before resending.


Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after shipment, please contact us through our Contact page.

If deemed lost by the carrier, we will file a claim and replace the order when applicable.


🔁 Refund & Replacement Policy

Because our items are handmade and made-to-order, all sales are final, except under the conditions below.


Eligibility for Replacement

You are eligible for a replacement if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item fails due to a material defect within 30 days of purchase

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, heat exposure, or excessive force is not eligible for replacement.

If an item is no longer available, we may issue:

  • Store credit

  • Replacement with a similar item of equal value


How to File a Claim

To request a replacement:

  1. Submit a support request through our Contact page

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging

Claims for items damaged on arrival must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Material defect claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Returns are not required unless specifically requested.


Processing Time for Claims

Approved replacements are processed within 5–14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Approved store credits are issued within 5 business days.


⚠️ Product Care & Material Disclaimer

Mood Merch items are created using PLA filament, a plant-based 3D printing material.

By purchasing, you acknowledge the following:

Heat Warning

PLA may soften or warp in high temperatures (typically above 120°F).

Do not leave items:

  • In hot cars

  • Near direct heat sources

  • In direct summer sun for extended periods

We are not responsible for damage caused by heat exposure.


Color Variation Disclaimer

Due to lighting, filament batch differences, and screen settings, colors may vary slightly from product photos.

Each item is printed in small batches, so minor variations may occur.


Layer Line Disclaimer

3D printing builds objects layer by layer. Subtle horizontal lines may be visible on the surface.

Layer lines are normal and are not considered defects.


Cleaning Instructions

All items are hand wash only using mild soap and cool or lukewarm water.

Do not:

  • Place in dishwasher

  • Use hot water

  • Soak for extended periods

Improper cleaning may damage the product and void replacement eligibility.
